Wanderland Rainforest Iseum

On the Autumn Equinox, 2006, Gwendolyn Endicott dedicated Wanderland as an Iseum through Crossroads Lyceum/College of Isis, within the International Fellowship of Isis, a world-wide College of the Goddess.

As an Iseum, Wanderland is a "Hearth of the Goddess," a place where the work of the Goddess is done. There are presently Iseums all around the world, each with its own teachers, each with its own focus--all working toward growth and healing.

Sacred Story
Wanderland Rainforest Iseum is dedicated to honoring the healing power of Sacred Story--the traditional stories of the Goddess; the stories of the living Earth, plants, animals, forests, waters, and our own stories as we learn to understand and create our lives.

Journeys to the Goddess
The foundation of this Iseum is a cycle of 8 Journeys, corresponding to the 8 Seasonal Holy Days around the Wheel of the Year. Each Journey calls in a particular goddess by retelling Her Story through mythology and history; then, using journaling, creative exercises, and ritual--we allow that Goddess to help us see our own growth more clearly. Each Journey is dedicated to the living Earth. For Schedule of Journeys see the Events Page.
